We offer professionally managed holiday flats in the beautiful Graubünden mountains.As your direct port of call, we are on hand to assist you whenever you need us – from the time of booking to being available to provide personal support on location.Bestzeit Ferienwohnungen stands for first-class service.
Our flats are all located in the Lenzerheide holiday region.We currently have around 60 holiday flats with between 2 and 12 beds.Whether you’re looking for a rustic mountain cabin or a state-of-the-art flat, we can offer the right property for every budget.
About us
We are an owner-run family business in the second generation.Ursula and Peter Bosshard set up Bestzeit Ferienwohnungen back in 2012.In 2020, Evelyne Bosshard not only took over at the helm of the company, but is now also the company’s owner.
The company Bestzeit Ferienwohnungen boasts a track record spanning a period of many years.One property in Churwalden got the ball rolling over twenty years ago.The owner from Holland wanted to give as many guests as possible the opportunity to use his flat.Bosshard Ferienwohnungen assumed responsibility for managing it and was literally inundated with enquiries.So we kept adding more flats to our portfolio and expanded the area we covered.One thing that has remained constant is our personal touch, something that is still very important to us.
FAQs
When and how will I receive the keys to the flat?
Generally speaking, you will receive an email from us around one week before you arrive with all of the arrival information.
Check-in 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. (in summer possibly also from 2 p.m.)
Check-out 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
I will be arriving outside the check-in times.Is there a way to get the key to the flat nonetheless?
We kindly ask you to contact us a few days before you arrive.We’ll definitely be able to find a solution.
As we comply with the rules governing noise during the night in the individual blocks of flats, we would ask you to arrange your trip so that you can stick to the check-in times.If you check in outside our office hours, we will have to charge you a late check-in fee.
Are we allowed to occupy the six-bed holiday flat we have booked with six adults and two children (1 and 14 years old)?
A six-bed flat is for six people incl. children. (Exceptions are made for toddlers who do not yet need their own bed and still sleep in a cot.)
Certain flats can accommodate an extra bed, but please contact us before you book.
Can I borrow a cot or high chair from you?
Yes, we lend baby cots (incl. a mattress) and high chairs for babies/children up to the age of two in return for a deposit at check-in.Please bring your own bed linen with you.
The holiday flat we have booked only has two parking spaces, but we are travelling with three vehicles.
There is the option of parking the additional vehicle in a long-term car park subject to a fee. Please make a direct enquiry with the Lenzerheide or Churwalden tourist offices.
Almost all public parking spaces are subject to a night-time parking ban. Please note the relevant information.
Does the holiday flat have a bicycle room?
Most of the holiday flats have a communal room for bike storage.
We will be more than happy to tell you where these rooms are located when you check in.

Can I leave after 10 a.m.?
Late check-out can be booked subject to a fee if your holiday flat is not welcoming new guests on the very same day.This means that you must make your request for a late check-out before you arrive, or at the latest when you check in.We’ll certainly be able to find a solution.
